Alongside the Amazfit GTS 3 and GTR 3 Pro, Zepp, formerly known as Huami, has launched the Amazfit GTR 3 Pro. This is a more complete, larger, and more versatile smartwatch than its counterpart that, among other things, features Bluetooth calling support and local music storage.
Like its two siblings, the Amazfit GTR 3 Pro launches today worldwide but will be available for purchase from October 18. However, it is slightly more expensive. While the GTR 3 and GTS 3 cost $179.99 / €149.99, the GTR 3 Pro goes up to $229.99 / €199.99.

Larger and more powerful
The Amazfit GTR 3 Pro benefits from the Amazfit GTR 3, with the two being very similar inside and out. Like the standard model, the Amazfit GTR 3 Pro is circular, made of aluminum, and has a classic navigation crown with haptic feedback that we can rotate to scroll through the menus. The difference is in the size.
While it is true that both watches weigh 32 grams, the GTR 3 Pro incorporates a 1.45-inch AMOLED screen (1.39 inches in the standard) with 331 pixels per inch. It is, without a doubt, one of the circular watches with the largest display currently available. According to Amazfit, the panel occupies 70.6% of the front.
The device features the same sensor as the standard models, namely the six-photodiode BioTracker PPG, and, as such, is capable of monitoring heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen level, stress, and respiratory rate, as well as the menstrual cycle.
It features, of course, Alexa and an integrated GPS chip, so we can go for a run without carrying our cell phone with us. In fact, the Amazfit GTR 3 Pro, makes even more sense since it has internal memory (2.3 GB) to store up to 470 songs.
Speaking of new features in this watch, another interesting aspect is the support for Bluetooth calls. If you wear the watch connected to your cell phone, you will be able to use it to answer calls directly from your wrist hands-free. We will have to see how it sounds and what quality it offers, but it is good news that this feature is available on the watch.
Otherwise, the watch shares function with its siblings. It has 150 sport modes to monitor, automatic sport recognition, and a 450 mAh battery. Now, the autonomy of this model is significantly lower than that of the Amazift GTR 3. If the standard model reaches 21 days, the Amazfit GTR 3 Pro stays at 12 days.

As we indicated above, the Amazfit GTR 3 Pro will be available for $229.99 / €199.99 from October 18 in conventional sales channels.
