Born for the sports world
The Huawei Watch GT Runner, as its name suggests, is a smartwatch designed for athletes. Its strap is sportier than usual, with different perforations for better breathability.
Regarding the body of the device, it has a 46mm case that houses a 1.43-inch AMOLED panel, circular. On the right side edge of the device, we find the buttons: crown and action button.
It incorporates a sensor called by Huawei as TrueSeen 5.0, the same that mounts its brother the Huawei Watch GT3. This sensor promises greater accuracy when measuring aspects such as heart rate. The hardware is completed with NFC, speaker, and Bluetooth connectivity to use the watch with both iOS and Android.
On a sporting level, it will display recovery time in running, personalized training plans, route tracking, and so on. They haven’t highlighted any exclusive modes versus other Huawei Watches, however.
Pricing and Availability of the Huawei Watch GT Runner
This watch has been officially presented in China, with no news yet about the possible international availability of the watch. Its price is €302 at the exchange rate, in the black and gray versions, the only ones available.
