Front Design Like the Find X2 Pro

OPPO has gotten us used to premium designs in all of its ranges, from the more measured models like the OPPO A91 to high-end models like the OPPO Find X2 Pro. This OPPO Reno4 Pro would not be less and comes with a front well used thanks to its reduced frames, although the camera format has changed, it is no longer like the Reno2, which now is housed in the upper left side.

This 6.5-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution or 2400 x 1080 pixels has a 20:9 widescreen format, so it is longer than it is wide. The panel houses the fingerprint sensor in the lower area and has a refresh rate of 90Hz. Also, it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6 against falls and scratches.

Although the front of the OPPO Reno4 Pro reminds us of the OPPO Find X2 Pro, its rear is very different. The finish is brushed glass to give a matte effect, no models with vegan leather in the back. Also, the camera layout, although it is in the same upper left area, has a different design. They are not contained within a package, they are arranged individually and with minimum separation. A dual-tone LED flash accompanies these cameras, the last element on the back is the OPPO logo in the lower right corner. As for the button panel, it is located on the sides: right for the lock button and left for the volume control.

12GB of RAM and Snapdragon 765G

I mentioned at the beginning of these articles that the OPPO Reno4 Pro is a device designed for the premium mid-range, due to its design and finish as well as its components. Inside this phone there is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G with eight cores and up to 2.4GHz of speed, the graphics are the Adreno 620, the amount of RAM is 12GB and the storage goes up to 256GB, although it is not expandable through the use of microSD cards. These are features that are halfway between the medium and high range, especially the RAM and storage. Besides, the processor is compatible with 5G networks so it is designed to support the transition to such networks.

A Perfect Battery

The battery with which the OPPO Reno4 Pro comes to market is 4,000 mAh, a more than respectable capacity for a phone almost 16 centimeters high and weighing 172 grams. This figure will allow users to use their mobile phones for at least 24 hours without worrying about the charger, although depending on the use, it is safer to stretch the autonomy a few more hours.

The battery of the device can be charged very fast. It has a fast charge called SuperVOOC Flash 2.0 of 65W that promises to charge the handset from 0% to 60% in only 15 minutes, with 31 minutes needed to charge the battery to 100%.

As for the connectivity, there is everything you would expect, and only one absence, the headset connector. When I say all that is expected I mean: Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, WiFi 6, GPS, and USB type C.
