This is what the OPPO Watch 3 looks like
The OPPO Watch 3 is OPPO’s bet for its smartwatch in quality-price. This is a watch with a slight curvature in its glass, under which we find a 1.75-inch AMOLED screen. However, its big surprise is the processor that debuts.
We are talking about the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5, a 4 nanometer processor that promises spectacular energy efficiency, despite being a watch with WearOS. This chip is helped by the Apollo 4 Plus, a small high-efficiency core that controls scenarios that do not require too much power.
In the case of the OPPO Watch 3, the company promises up to four days of battery life with its 400mAh battery. Considering that it is not usually easy to exceed the day in models like the previous OPPO Watch, the figure promises.
In terms of connectivity, we can use independent eSIM on the watch, and connect it to any iPhone or Android. It does not lack NFC (so, in case it arrives in Spain, we should be able to pay with it), heart rate measurement, blood oxygen and everything that is demanded in a watch of this type.
OPPO Watch 3 Pro
The jewel in the crown is the OPPO Watch 3 Pro, a watch that embraces a stainless steel rotating crown to control it and the first LTPO panel in a watch with WearOS. It thus moves between 1 and 60 Hz, to save as much power as possible when we are not interacting with the screen or when we are in Always on Display mode.
In addition to the sensors seen in the OPPO Watch 3, the Pro model is capable of recording ECG, a star function in high-end watches. Both models are made of aluminum, and have a good variety of interchangeable bracelets. The mechanism, however, is OPPO’s own in the case of the Pro variant.
Versions and prices of the OPPO Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro
Both models have been presented in China and, although the company has not confirmed their international arrival, everything points to the fact that we will be able to enjoy both devices. In China, the OPPO Watch 3 starts from 1,499 Yuan, while the OPPO Watch 3 Pro goes up to 1,899 Yuan.
