The video clip “Baby” was uploaded no less than eleven years ago, in 2010, and accumulates up to 12 million “dislikes” which places it as the second most disliked video in the history of the platform. However, it also has 16 million “likes”.

3. Baby Shark Dance by PinkFong

The very popular children’s song about sharks from the Korean company PinkFong is currently the most-watched video on YouTube with nearly eight million views ahead of another musical boom like “Despacito” by Luis Fonsi. But not everything is rosy because it also gets eleven million “dislikes” since it was uploaded on YouTube in 2016.  

4. YouTube Rewind 2019: For the Record

YouTube doesn’t seem to be very good in recent years when it comes to summarizing the highlights of the year. If the 2018 recap holds the record as the most disliked video, the 2019 one is also at the top of the list by being rated as boring and not very dynamic. It was published in December 2019 and has 9.4 million dislikes.

The video has 9 million dislikes on YouTube since it was uploaded in 2016 and has since been the subject of versions and memes imitating situations in which some person is caught eating something inappropriate.

A Russian video with educational content showing smiling eggs living on a farm and changing color and shape is the sixth most disliked video in YouTube history with more than six million dislikes. It is posted by the Russian channel Mirochka TV. What at first seems to be a children’s video with cheerful colors has something that makes it weird and even scary for more adult audiences. Some sound effects are reminiscent of warlike explosions. However, for the little ones it has an attractive effect, partly because of the repetitive melody. 

7. Bath Song by Cocomelon

Another children’s song that YouTube users have not liked too much is “Bath Song”. The “bath song” has accumulated more than 6 million dislikes on the video platform. The educational children’s song released by Cocomelon tells how two children take a bath and show the different parts of the body while washing themselves.

Can this video get 1 million dislikes? This challenge was directly asked by the comedian PewDiePie. He is a controversial YouTuber who in this video makes an ironic criticism of the importance of likes in videos. But after hearing the song so much everywhere over the years it has become worn out over time. The proof of this has been the 4.9 million “dislikes” it has already accumulated on YouTube.

11. Masha and The Bear – Recipe for disaster (Episode 17)

At number 11 of the most disliked videos on YouTube is an episode of the Russian children’s series “Masha and the Bear”. The series is about the adventures of Masha, a Russian girl who is taken care of by an anthropomorphic bear. Chapter 17 of the series titled “recipe for disaster” narrates the adventure of the bear who wants to finish a game of checkers, but the little girl interrupts him. When the bear is finally able to play, the girl stays in the house and prepares so much food that she turns the house into a disaster. This episode caused a sensation on the internet becoming one of the most viewed of the series, but it has also received 4.1 million dislikes since its publication in 2012.

12. El Chombo – Dame Tu Cosita

Panamanian singer El Chombo together with Jamaican musician Cutty Ranks released 2018 the song “dame tu cosita”. The video where an alien is seen dancing to the song went viral and reached just over four million dislikes.

13. Official Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare Reveal Trailer

The trailer of the video game “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare” obtained the record of being one of the most-watched, but it also has three million nine hundred thousand dislikes on YouTube. From users’ comments, it seems that the video game has not met their expectations. It was released in 2016 and players have to succeed in winning inside a war that takes place in space.

“How It is” is a song by Bianca Heinicke posted on her YouTube channel BibisBeautyPalace. Bianca known as Bibi is Youtuber famous for singing and giving advice on this platform. She has more than five million subscribers. Since the release of the song in 2017, she has managed to have 3.2 million dislikes. For many users, the song sounds very childish and flat and the pronunciation of the singer in the video clip has not been liked either.
